FULLER,
THOMAS J. "TOM" - age 55 of Vandalia, Ohio, passed away Friday, May 1,
2009. Tom was a Pharmacist for 25 years in Springfield, OH at Mercy
Medical Center. He is preceded in death by his father Earl Fuller.
Survived by his wife Linda (Sendelbach) Fuller of Vandalia, mother Viola Fuller
of Columbus, daughter Lindsay Fuller of Columbus, son Timothy Fuller of Columbus
and their mother Nancy Fuller. He is also survived by step-children Kevin
(Kelly) Lush of Springboro, Lindsay Bramhall of Erlanger, KY, Brian Bramhall of
Vandalia, 2 sisters Patricia Mosley of Salem, OH, Nanci (James) Davis of
Columbus, 1 niece Caitlin Jones of Columbus. A Celebration of Tom's Life
and a gathering of friends will be 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the Homestead Golf
Course on Worley Rd. in Tipp City, Ohio. In lieu of flowers contributions
may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation Greater Dayton Chapter, 1293
Lyons Rd. Dayton, OH 45458 in Tom's memory. Arrangements by Baker-Hazel
