LYNCH, MARVIN L. - Marvin L. Lynch, 82, of New Carlisle, died Saturday, Nov. 14, 2009. He was born Oct. 2, 1927, in New Carlisle, the son of the late Rollo and Thelma (Martz) Lynch. He graduated from Bethel High School in 1946 and continued his education at The Ohio State University in agriculture. He was active with the Tipp City Seniors and was a Bethel Township Trustee. He farmed all his life in Miami County and was the owner of New Carlisle Lanes. Marvin is survived by his wife of 60 years, Nancy (Studebaker); children, Cathy and Paul Pullins of Quincy, Kay Lynch Davis of New Carlisle and Ken and Nancy Lynch of Johnstown; 10 grandchildren, Erin and Dave Overla, Alaine and Dave Lochard, John, Paulette (Phil Prince), Samuel, Cristen Pullins, Rebekah Davis and fiancé Angelo Manzo, Sarah Davis, Brian and Brittany Lynch, four great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Services were held Nov. 18 at the West Charleston Church of the Brethren with Pastor Burt Wolfe officiating. Burial was in West Charleston Cemetery.
