SMITH, MRS. ORPHA - of Sarasota, Fla., died Wednesday evening in a Sarasota, Fla., nursing home.  She was born in Clark Co., Oh., and moved to Sarasota, Fla. in 1955 from Clark Co.  She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Sarasota and was preceded in death by her husband Parker M. Smith who died in 1958.  Survivors include several nephews and nieces and her sister-in-law, Mrs. Treva Frantz of New Carlisle, OH.  Funeral Services will be held on Saturday at 1 p.m. from the Hawkins Funeral Home Chapel, 135 N. Limes Ave., Sarasota, Fla., Rev. Grant Hinshaw officiating.  Interment Manasota Memorial Park, Oneco, Fla.
