GREEN, LOWELL - Lt. Lowell Green, 609 Rohrer Drive, passed away on Tuesday at the U. S. Public Health Service Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland where he had been a patient for about a year. Lt. Green, who was retired from the Ohio State Highway Patrol, commanded the Dayton Post for a year before his retirement. Prior to that, he had been attached to the Piqua Post. He is survived by his wife, Norma, who is a high school teacher in the Tipp City School system, and a daughter, Melissa. Arrangements are pending at the Frings and Bayliff Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Friday at 10:30 a.m. at Frings and Bayliff Funeral Home, The Rev. Fred Mark will officiate. Burial will be Southlawn Cemetery, Utica, Ohio. Visitation will be on Thursday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
