CARR, MRS. AMY V. - Mrs. Amy V. Carr, 85, of 108 N. Hyatt St., Tipp City, died June 9 in Moore's Nursing Home. She was preceded in death by her husband, Scott, in 1947. Surviving are three sons, Herman of Tucson, Scott of Tipp City and Joseph of Kettering; two daughters, Mrs. John (Rebecca) Messersmith of Tipp City and Miriam Carr of Gallipolis; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Services were held at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Frings and Bayliff Funeral Home in Tipp City. The Rev. Thorton Black officiated. Burial was in Fairview Cemetery in Grattis.
