FOSTER, HOMER F. - Homer F. Foster, 83, of Deland, Fla., died Jan. 10 at his home. Mr. Foster, a former Troy resident, was a native of Scioto County. Mr. Foster was a veteran of World War I and a retired painter. He is survived by a brother, Alpha, of Deland, and a sister, Mrs. Myrtle Fraley of Piqua. Services will be 10 a.m. Monday at the Fisher-Cheney-Cron Funeral Home with burial at a later date in Casstown Cemetery.
