COZATT, ROY M. - Roy M. Cozatt, 79, 4373 East State Route 40 at Phoneton, died on Monday afternoon at Dettmer Hospital. He was born on September 20, 1892 in Darke County, Ohio, the son of Wilson and Susan Fogel Cozatt. He was a retired farmer and a member of the Sugar Grove Bible Church in Frederick. Survivors include his wife, Mary Alice; two sons, Paul and Willard of Dayton; one daughter, Mrs. Betty Albert of Tipp City; two brothers, John of Troy and Robert of Piqua; three grandchildren and two great grandchildren. The Reverend Elam Dohner will officiate at funeral services at 2 p.m. on Thursday at the Frings and Bayliff Funeral Home. Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 4-9 p.m. Wednesday (today) and on Thursday until time of services.
