FOGARTY, JAMES L. - James L. Fogarty, 43, of 546 Michael Place, Tipp City, died Sunday Morning at his residence. Surviving are his wife Katherine P., his parents, Harold and Ruby Fogarty of West Carrollton; five children, Harold F. II of Christiansted St. Croix, Virgin Islands; Eric P. of Vandalia; Linda L., Patrick S. and Maureen all of Mt. Vernon; five step-children, Beth, David, Paul, Carrie and Mark Wade; three sisters, Mrs. John Mullins and Mrs. Ruth Monroe both of Dayton; and Vivian of Kentucky. A veteran of the U.S. Navy, he was a member of the First Church of Nazarene, Odd Fellows Lodge and Kiwanis Club. He was employed by Wearly Monument Company in Dayton. Graveside services will be held 10 a.m. Thursday in Maple Hill Cemetery with Rev. George Waldren of Polk Grove Church, Vandalia, officiating. Friends may call at the Cron Funeral Home, Troy, Wednesday from 3-5 in the afternoon and 7-9 in the evening.
