GIBBONEY, EDNA M. - Mrs. Edna M. Gibboney age 76, of 92 Waller Ave., Vandalia, died late Saturday at Dettmer Hospital. A retired elementary teacher serving in the Vandalia Butler schools for many years. A member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Vandalia. The survivors are one daughter, Mrs. Anne Hawthorne, of Dayton and a son, William of Brownsburg, Ind.; four grandchildren, one great-grandchild. Her husband, George Gibboney preceded her in death. Services were held on Tuesday at the St. John's Lutheran Church in Vandalia with the Rev. Clenn E. Clauser officiating. Burial was in Memorial Park Cemetery. Contributions can be made to the Edna Gibboney Education Memorial Fund St. John's Church, Vandalia.
