WILHELM—Percival Wilhelm, son of John and Anna Maria
Wilhelm, was baptized in Berks County, Pennsylvania the 25th
day of November, 1828, and died at his residence near Piqua, May 16,
1883.
Mr. Wilhelm was held
in high esteem by his neighbors and friends. His wife [Nancy Jane
Steward Wilhelm] died about ten years ago. His aged mother, nearly a
hundred years old, his sister and her family, and three children, two
sons [Eno and Henry] and a daughter [Emma], survive him. His funeral
sermon was preached by Rev. John N. Irvin before a large gathering of
neighbors and acquaintances.
