HARTER, BARTON S. - A man named Barton S. Harter was found dead on the Tippecanoe & Stillwater Pike about a mile west of Tippecanoe early last Sunday morning.  He had been in Tipp Saturday and imbibed pretty freely.  At night he started to go to the home of his son-in-law when he fell by the wayside and died from the effects of exposure.
