VANDEVEER, ARTHUR - Sudden Death - Mr. Arthur Vandeveer, an aged and well-known farmer who resided near Miami City, this county, died quite suddenly last Monday morning. He had been suffering from rheumatism for a number of years, but was apparently about as well as usual, until a short time prior to his death. On the morning above mentioned, he arose about 5 o'clock, and after being up some time complained of feeling unwell. A pallet was made for him on the floor near the stove, and he lay down and expired in a few moments. Mr. V. was over seventy years of age.
