ROCKEY, GEORGE - One More Unfortunate - George Rockey, a well-known farmer who lives a few miles from Addison, Champaign County, met his death in a sickening manner last Tuesday night.  He had been to Addison and through frequent calls at the corner grocery was pretty thoroughly intoxicated when he started for home.  When next seen he was found on Wednesday morning about a mile from his home, lying near a burning log, and burned so badly himself that death resulted.  It is supposed that in a drunken stupor he wandered out of his path and lay down too near the fire with the above unfortunate result.  "More fruit," Brother Helmet!
