FOSTER, JAMES - Mr. James Foster, an old resident of this town and father of Superintendent Foster, of the Infirmary, died on Friday night last at his home on Canal street.  He was in his 79th year.  The funeral services were held at the Methodist church on Sunday morning, Rev. Mr. Brewster preaching the sermon.
