CLARK, MRS. VIRGINIA N.(nee John) - On the 9th inst., at Lockport, Carroll county, Ind., Mrs. Virginia N., wife of Samuel L. Clark, aged a little over 44 years.  The deceased was the daughter of Joseph R. John, and was born in Troy, Ohio, February 12th, 1832.  Her sickness was short, and when death came to her relief she calmly passed away with these last words to her husband: "Pa, take care of my children."  She was the mother of seven children, six of whom survive to mourn their irreparable loss.  The funeral was largely attended, and much sympathy was manifested by the many friends and acquaintances of the deceased, and her bereaved loved ones.                                                        D.
