OLD BRADFORD CEMETERY not to be confused with the old or the new Harris Creek Cemeteries Located south of Bradford and about half a mile south of State Route 36, on the east side of State Route 721. It is in the southwest quarter of section 27 of Newberry Township. According to a deed dated 4 August 1883, from Levi G. and Caroline F. Wenrick of Miami County to the Incorporated Village Of Bradford, four acres for the use of the inhabitants of said village for cemetery purposes. Although this is a fairly large burying ground there only around twenty burials identified. The following inscriptions were copied from the gravestones in 1965. PENNY, Beverly, C.G. Ohio Cavalry
