WILLIAM B. TEN EICK William B. Ten Eick, farmer; P. O. Tippecanoe City; the son of Henry Ten Eick, was born. in this county in 1834; he was brought up on the farm and educated in the common school; he lived at home till the age of 20, when he went to Wyandot Co., and took charge of his father's stock-farm, which he operated for four years, he then returned to the homestead, where he remained engaged in agricultural pursuits till last December, when he moved to his present fine residence in Tippecanoe, In 1864, he enlisted in the United States service, and served as a Sergeant in the 147th O. N. G.; he is a Republican, in politics, and finds his religious creed in the Baptist Church; he is also a member of the patrons of Husbandry.
