DAVID CLINTON BOSSERMAN

    David C. Bosserman, farmer; P. O. Bradford. David, a son of Isaac Bosserman, a native of Adams Co., Penn., came to Ohio about the year 1833, and located first in Darke Co., living there about twenty-six years; in 1860, he moved into this county and purchased a farm about one mile north of Bradford, where he now resides. He married Miss Lydia, a daughter of Jacob Warner, an old soldier of the Indian war; they had four children, three living; Solomon W., David C. and Emma F.; David C. was born in Darke Co. Aug. 30, 1859; was raised upon a farm; he has lately been to Michigan, where be expects to make his home.

    David C. died on 11 March 1930 and is buried in the Highland Crmetery at Covington Ohio. His wife nee Margaret Elizabeth Yount, died on 11 Jan 1932 and is buried beside David. David and Margaret had three children; Nellie Geace, born 9 Dec 1883; Leslie Kieth, born 30 Oct 1892; and Henry Yount Bosserman, born 4 May 1899.

    David's father Isaac Eicker Bosserman was born 28 July 1828 in Adams County PA., and died 4 Aug 1897. He was a son of Solomon and Esther (Eiker) Bosserman. Isaac is buried on the same cemetery lot as his son David. Isaac's wife nee Lydia Warner was born on 18 Aug 1834 near Bradford Ohio, a daughter of Jacob and Susannah Warner. Lydia died 18 Jun 1894 and is buried beside her husband. David and Lydia had four children; Solomon W. born 4 Dec 1851; Joseph H. born 19 Jan 1855; David C. born 20 Aug 1859; and Ermina F. born 27 Nov 1863.
