JOHNSON, NORMA J. - Norma J. Johnson, 78, of Troy, died Saturday Feb. 27, 2010 at Koester Pavilion in Troy. She was born Jan. 28, 1932 in Champaign County to Brice and Elsie (Couchman) Parker. Norma was retired from Hobart Corporation in Troy. She loved collecting antiques, enjoyed shopping and going out to eat. Norma is survived by her husband Robert Johnson; children, Teri and Steve Mileo of New Carlisle, Mona and Joe Mains of Tipp City, Jim and Nancy Snyder of Troy; stepchildren Ed "Bud" and Linda Johnson of Waynesville, Dessal and Bill Shouse of Richmond, Ind., Larry Johnson of Largo, Fla.; sisters JoAnn and John Doty of Cable, Linda and Warren Kreglow of North Lewisburg; 18 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Mary Bailey. Funeral services were held March 4 at Frings and Bayliff Funeral Home in Tipp City, with Hospice Chaplain Ed Ellis officiating and burial in Maple Hill Cemetery.
