HUGHES, WILDA LOU BILLIE (HUDDLESON) - Wilda Lou Billie Hughes, 90 of Tipp City, died Monday, Nov. 9, 2009 at Hospice of Dayton. She was born July 8, 1919 in Tipp City to Edward S. and Ada H. (Henning) Huddleston. Billie was a member and past Worthy Matron of the Order of the Eastern Star, Tipp City, past server for Tipp City Rotary, and a member of the Tipp City United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Roger Hughes, sisters Marcy Baldwin and Thelma Cost. She is survived by her daughter, Mary Kay Miller, Huber Heights; brother-in-law, Bruce Baldwin, Lebanon; grandchildren, Chad Miller, Troy and Heather and James Blair, Dayton; great-grandchildren, Ethan and Aidan Blair, and several nieces and nephews. Services were held Nov. 13 at Frings & Bayliff Funeral Home.
