HARTLEY, RUTH ANN (NEE: SANDERS - Ruth Ann Hartley, 64, of Piqua, died March 26, 2009 at her home. She was born Nov. 13, 1944 in West Milton. She was preceded in death by her parents Kenneth and Ruth Sanders. She is survived by her husband George Woodrow; sons and daughters-in-law George Woodrow, Jr. and Mellissa Griffin of Versailles, Rick and Mauriza Harley of Lexington, Ky., David Hartley; daughter and son-in-law, Debbie and Donald Thomas of Princeton, W. Va.; five brothers; two sisters; six grandchildren and one great grandchild. Graveside services were held March 30 at Riverside Cemetery, West Milton. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Miami County. Arrangements by Hale-Sarver Funeral Home.
