CARPER, LARRY W. - Larry W. Carper, 73, of West Milton, died Feb. 16, 2009 at his residence. He was born March 14, 1935 in Sidney. He volunteered for the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation, Hospice of Dayton and Hooked on Fishing not on Drugs youth fishing program.  He was retired as former president, owner and founder of Delta Controls, Inc.　 He was preceded in death by his parents, William F. and Laura B. (Shannon) Carper; wife, Carolyn A. (Oelslager) Carper; an infant son and daughter.  He is survived by daughters and son-in-law, Michaela Grafton of Tipp City, Cathleen and John Janosko of Quaker City; grandchildren, Laura and Michael Janosko, John, Jennifer, Nathan and Matthew Grafton.  Funeral services were held Feb. 19 at the Hale-Sarver Funeral Home, West Milton, followed by burial at Riverside Cemetery, West Milton.　 Contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
