FOURMAN, SCOTT RANDALL - Scott Randall Fourman, 46, of West Milton, passed away Thursday, Aug. 7, 2008, at his residence. He was preceded in death by his mother, Geraldine (Randall) Fourman. He is survived by his father, David C. Fourman of Brighton, Mich.; sisters, Malinda Hazel of West Milton and Jill Patzik of Tipp City; and brothers, Jeff Moore of Columbus and Joel Moore of West Milton. He was a 1990 graduate of Milton-Union High School and employed at TSI as an assistance processor. He enjoyed fishing and car races. Funeral services were held Tuesday at Hale-Sarver Funeral Home in West Milton. If so desired, contributions may be made to Union Twp. Life Squad.
