FORMAN, RONALD G. SR. "RON"
- Ronald G. Forman Sr. "Ron"
age 63 of Tipp City, died suddenly Sunday morning at his residence. He was
born May 24, 1944 in Dayton, to Kline and Margaret (Johnson) Forman. He was
a Vietnam War Army Veteran, a self-employed professional musician, and was
the lead vocalist for bands: The Missles, The Jacquars, and Rewind. A
member of Sugar Grove Bible Church. Preceded in death by his parents, his
daughter Dawn Kindell in 2002, and a brother Everett S. "Butch" Collins.
Surviving are his wife Linda Clark Forman, son Ronald G. Forman, Jr. and his
wife Sherry, Tipp City; son-in-law Leslie Kindell, Troy; sister Karen and
her husband Herman Dillon, Tipp City; and brother Keith Forman, West
Milton. Grandchildren Kendra, James and Daniel Forman; Nicole Kindell; and
Amy Phyilliaer. Funeral services were held today at Frings and Bayliff
Funeral Home. Pastor Larry Sneed officiated with burial in Maple Hill
Cemetery, Tipp City. Contributions may be made to the American Lung
Association.
