RADO, LOUIS CARL - Louis Carl Rado, age 76 of Brookville,
formerly of Dayton, passed away on Thursday, January 3, 2008 at Good
Samaritan Hospital in Dayton. He was a loving husband, father and
grandfather. Louis retired from General Motors after 42 years of service.
He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church where he was the former property
manager and was a veteran of the U. S. Navy serving during the Korean
Conflict. Louis also enjoyed raising his gold fish, tending to his ponds
and woodworking. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Charlotte
(McBride) Rado; son and daughter-in-law, Rodney and Stephany Elworth Rado of
Ludlow Falls; daughters and son-in-law, Susan Rado Daniels of Clayton,
Margie Rado and John Howe III of Columbus; granddaughters, Jessica and Lydia
Daniels; numerous cousins, relatives and friends. He was preceded in death
by his parents, Louis Rado and Lenora Schuize. Funeral services were held
Tuesday, Jan. 8. Interment followed the service at Woodland Cemetery in
