BRINKMAN, JOHN EDWARD
- John Edward Brinkman, 59, passed
away Friday, December 28, 2007 at Kettering Memorial Hospital. He was born
April 20, 1948 in Dayton and worked at ITW Food Equipment Group as an
engineer for over 35 years. His first and foremost priority was spending
time with his family and being amid the love of his grandchildren. Brinkman
was preceded in death by his parents Victor and Edna (Schneider) Brinkman;
sister Barbara Beets and brother Joseph Brinkman. He is survived by his
beloved wife Billie (Watt) Brinkman; daughter, Jennifer and her husband,
Brian Bashore, Tipp City; and son Edward Brinkman, Tipp City. Grandson
Blake Bashore and granddaughter Brooke Bashore; brothers James (Marilyn)
Brinkman, Kettering, Richard (Carol) Brinkman, Beavercreek. Sisters Lois
(Thomas) Gillian, Alaska; Helen (Carol) Walls, Kettering; and sister-in-law
Alyce Brinkman, New York. Friends may call on the family Wednesday Jan. 2,
2008 from 4 to 8 p.m. at Frings and Bayliff Funeral Home, Tipp City.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, January 3 at St. John the
Baptist Catholic Church, South Hyatt Street, Tipp City. Father Marc
Sherlock celebrant with burial in St. John Cemetery, Tipp City.
Contributions may be made in his name to the American Cancer Society.
