CANNON, FORREST - Forrest Cannon, 91, of Dayton died
Monday, Dec. 8, 2008 at Hospice of Dayton. He was born June 27, 1917 in
Clarksburg, Ohio to the late Bennett and Mable (Bolten) Cannon. Services
were held Dec. 11 at Hale-Sarver Funeral Home. Private entombment services
at Royal Oak Memorial Gardens. Contributions may be made to Hospice of
Dayton or the Alzheimer's Assoc.
