JAY, DeVON - DeVon Jay, 74, of West Milton, died Nov. 5, 2008, at the Covington Care Center.  He was the son of Thomas William Jay and Sarah Alma (Hoblit) Jay.　 Services were held Nov. at Hale-Sarver Funeral Home, West Milton.
