GROSS, BOBBY RAY - Bobby Ray Gross, 57, of New Carlisle, formerly of West Milton, died Tuesday, Dec. 16, 2008 at Mercy Health Partners in Fairfield. He was a 1970 graduate of Milton-Union where he was an athlete in football and wrestling. He was formerly a truck driver. He is survived by his wife Terri (O'Dell) Gross; son Mark Gross of Englewood; daughter Sara Gross of New Carlisle; grandson Kyles Gross; brothers Larry Swisher of Florida, Dan Gross of Hillsboro, Wayne Gross of Dayton, Perry Gross of Dayton; sister Sherry Gross of Dayton; cousins Carolyn Somerville, Dee Ann Westfall, Janet Hile and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents George Cross and Raeonelle (Westfall) Matteson. Funeral services were held Dec. 20 at the Hale-Sarver Funeral Home in West Milton, followed by burial at Riverside Cemetery.
