WILLS, ROWENA HARRIETT (BUMGARDNER) - Rowena Harriett Wills, age 78 of Oneonta, passed away at Medical Center East on November 12. She was preceded in death by her parents, George Washington and Gracie (McGraw) Bumgardner; husband, Roy Wills; brothers, Herb, Gordon and William "Bill" Bumgardner. She is survived by her son Timothy (Margaret) Wills, of Summitt; grandchildren Shawn Wills of Blountsville, Heath Wills of Hollywood, FL, and Toshia (Keith) Woodard of Nectar; sister Juanita "Peg" Milburn of Tipp City; and great-grandchildren Kori, Lori, and Alexandria Jenkins, Taylor and James Wills, and Hayleigh Gulledge. The funeral will be held Dec. 3 at Highland Lake Anchor at 2 p.m. Arrangement handled by Lemley Chapel of Oneonta.
