WHITE, ROBERT FREDERICK "BOB" - Robert Frederick "Bob" White, a 1951 graduate of Tippecanoe High School and retired vice president of sales for Wisconsin National Life Insurance, died Nov. 11. He was 70. Mr. White of Tipp City attended Wittenberg University and Ohio State University. He was a member of Zion Lutheran Church and the adult Sunday School class in Tipp City. He was a past president of the Tipp City Jaycees and a member of American Legion Post 586. He was a veteran of the Korean War. Survivors include his wife of 49 years, Ruth (Sims) White; daughters, Chris Badgley of Tipp City and Cathy Drake of Troy; son, John White of Phoenix, Ariz.; brother, the Rev. Stephen White of Grand Marais, Minn.; and four grandchildren. Services were Nov. 15 at Frings & Bayliff Funeral Home, Tipp City, with burial in Maple Hill Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the building fund of Zion Lutheran Church.
