ZACHARIAS, HAROLD ARTHUR - Harold Arthur Zacharias, a
longtime farmer, died Nov. 14 at the Veterans
Affairs Medical Center in Dayton. He was 67. Mr. Zacharias
of Covington was a member of Christian Liberty Center in Piqua. He, along
with his wife, enjoyed many years together farming and raising hogs and
cattle. Survivors include his wife of 46 years, Marion (Ford) Zacharias of
Covington; daughters, Cheryl Schmidt and Connie Clark, both of Covington,
and Brenda Mattevi of Piqua; son, H. Allen Zacharias of Covington; sisters,
Evelyn Curtis, Reva Zacharias and Betty Zacharias, all of Versailles, and
Norma Jay of Troy; a brother, Herbert Zacharias of Botkins; nine
grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Graveside services were Tuesday at
Miami Memorial Park, Covington. Arrangements were by Pearson-Jackson
