MIKALAS, JOSEPH - Joseph Mikalas, age 78, of Dayton, passed
away Thursday, October 15, 1992. Mr. Mikalas was a member of Lithuanian
Club, the Polish Club and VFW Post 5018. Joseph is survived by his wife,
Adelia; 5 children, Larry Mikalas of West Milton, Theress White of Crystal
Lake, IL., Stephen Mikalas of Dayton, Regina Langhout of Beavercreek, OH,
and Robert Mikalas of Dayton; 7 grandchildren; 3 brothers, George Mikalas of
Dayton, Charles Mikalas of San Diego, CA, and Frank Mikalas of Spring
Valley, CA; 4 sisters, Connie Zilinkas of Dayton, Mary Ramsey of Lewisburg,
Kay Goldschmidt of Dayton, and Helen Coleman of Los Angeles; and numerous
nieces & nephews. Friends may call 4-7 P.M. Sunday at the Magetti Funeral
Home, 1508 Valley St. Mass of Christian Burial will be said 10:00 A.M.
Monday at Holy Cross Church with Father Walter Katarskis, Celebrant.
Prayers 9:30 A.M. Monday at the funeral home. Burial in Calvary Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Saint Casimirs Seminary in Rome
in Mr. Mikalas' memory. Donation envelopes will be available at the funeral
home.
