HEFFNER, KENNETH C. (CASEY) - Kenneth C. (Casey) Heffner, age 62, of Dubuque, Iowa, passed away there Sunday, July 18. Survived by his wife, Margaret; 2 sons, Daniel and Delmar; a daughter, Mrs. Sharon Roberts, Pleasant Hill, O.; 3 brothers, Lloyd of Huber Hts., Robert of Tipp City and Henry, Jr. of Dubuque, Iowa. He was preceded in death by his first wife Virginia in 1970. Graveside services will be held 10 a.m. Friday in Bethel Cemetery, Phoneton, O. Friends may call Thursday 7-9 p.m. at Trostel-Chapman Funeral Home in New Carlisle.
