FOSTER, MRS. MILDRED V. - Mrs. Mildred V. Foster, 80, of 9115 Sullivan Road, Tipp City, died Monday afternoon in Stouder Memorial Hospital. She was married to the late Charles H. Foster. Surviving are two sons, Harold H. Foster of Tipp City, and Lee Allen Foster of New Carlisle, a daughter Mrs. Leon (Bernice) Shroyer of Dayton, 11 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a sister. She was a member of the United Methodist Church in Tipp City. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday at the Frings and Bayliff Funeral Home in Tipp City. Rev. Fred M. Mark will officiate. Burial will be in Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home Wednesday from 4 to 9 p.m.
