FLAMMER, BERNARD - Covington - Bernard Flammer, aged 87 years, an esteemed citizen of Covington, died Sunday evening at 10:30 o'clock at his home on South High Street. Mr. Flammer suffered a stroke of apoplexy last week which was the immediate cause of death although he had been in declining health for several months, due to old age. Mr. Flammer was a native of Germany. He came to this country when a young man and has been a resident of Covington for about 60 years. He is survived by his wife and eleven children, four sons and seven daughters. The funeral services were held Thursday afternoon at his late residence. Interment was made in Highland Cemetery.
